How do I get a receipt for a journey I made by using cash?
We recommend that you normally ask the driver, however we are more than happy to email you a reciept, please complete an online form on the reciepts page and we would email the reciept

Please contact us at a reasonable time frame, if however a driver has been dispatched and they have covered part of distance to your pickup location then a cancellation fee may be charged. We always calculate this based on the amount of mileage the driver has travelled.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
Each Angels Cars vehicle is fitted with a GPS enabled mobile dada unit. Drivers receive details of their job bookings on this mobile unit, including the name, telephone number, pick up and drop destinations of the passenger. All our driver’s movements, location and actions are updated live onto our system whereby our controllers can then monitor the progress of multiple bookings/multiple drivers in real time. You can simply telephone us on 0208 8400 400 and one of our telephonist’s will provide you with the precise location of your driver.
If I am delayed would I be charged waiting time?
Yes, the first 5 mins of waiting is free whereas if it is an airport pickup it is first 30 mins free after the flight lands, if you run out of your designated waiting time there after the waiting will be charged 25p per minute for the entire period of waiting.

What are the account terms?
Account invoices are raised at the start of the month retrospectively; this means that as an account customer you are effectively offered the 30 days credit line. All invoices should be settled within 14 days of the invoice date and queries raised within 7 days of the invoice date. For full account terms and conditions contact us on 0208 8400 400. It'll cost you £31, so it's definitely worth taking seriously and making sure you pass first time.
Does your company charge for the car parks at Airports and if yes, how much?
At Angels Cars, we always track flight landing times for your convenience so to ensure that any car parking charges are kept to a minimum that is totally depending on if you require the meet and greet facility if you desire to not pay for the car park the second option will be picking up from departures at all airports. We ONLY charge the exact car park fees if you choose the meet and greet facility (fees can be found on all Major Airport Websites) and if there is any additional waiting time after the initial 30 minute grace period. There are two parts. You'll sit both parts on the same day.
What do I do if the flight time changes or if my flight has been delayed?
When you book a Airport Transfer with Angels Cars we always ask for your flight arrival details, this enables us to monitor your flight. Therefore there’s no need to inform us of any changes.

Our pricing structure is dependent on both mileage and the size of vehicle required. For example if you have two suitcases and two passengers, you may require a Saloon vehicle. If on the other hand you have three suitcases and four passengers, then you may need an Estate vehicle. If you have four suitcases and four passengers, then you will need one of our MPV’s. If I book a car with Angels Cars, how will I know if it has arrived?
GPS Tracking: Each Angels Cars vehicle is fitted with a GPS enabled mobile data unit. Drivers receive details of their job bookings on this mobile unit, including the name, telephone number, pick up and drop destinations of the passenger. Each driver’s exact movement, location and actions are updated live onto our system whereby our controllers can then monitor the progress of multiple bookings/multiple drivers in real time. So if you were to telephone one of our telephonist’s, they would be able to give you the precise location of your driver at any given time. SMS Text Messages: We send each of our customers a SMS text message informing them when their vehicle has arrived at their pick up location. The text message includes the vehicles registration, make and model, so that the customer can identify their vehicle, safe in the knowledge that they are boarding the correct vehicle safely. Ring Back: Driver simply activates a button on his data terminal when they are outside their customers pick up location. This system will automatically telephone the customers telephone twice; informing them that their vehicle has arrived. Reduces waiting time for both driver and customer.
We have left a personal item in one of your vehicles, how do I re-claim it?

How long do you keep lost property for?
Angel's Cars lost property policy ensures that we retain all items of lost property for a minimum of 3 months. At the end of this period, should the owner be known to us then we will make a final effort to contact them in order to have the item/s reunited with them. However, should the owner fail to collect the item/s within the 7 days of that contact, then the item/s will be disposed of. Any item of lost property where the owner is unknown will be disposed of immediately upon the expiry of the 3 month retention period.
What happens if I lose money in a taxi?
Should currency be found it will be retained for a maximum of 12 months.

We are happy to collect a passenger who wants to go shopping, wait and then bring them home. However, we are unable to offer a personal shopping facility.
Do you cover long distance journeys?

Do you offer wedding guest transport?

Do your taxi fares increase after 10pm and bank holidays in London & surrounding areas?
Yes our fares increase by £1.80 after 10pm Monday to Sunday until 6am, and on Bank Holidays fares are increased by £1.80 throughout the day and night.
How can I book a taxi for more than 4 people?
You can book via the app, web or telephone. We recommend that you call us for instant bookings to get an accurate availability time. If you’re pre-booking at least two hours in advance, we recommend that you use the app or the web to book.
